Can , anyone suggest anything ive lost my points card a few months back now i over scratched it and since then xbox microsoft company has ranged over 46 times with the same things . They keep saying that they need my details i give them it then they say they would ring me back i dont know how many times now but they have rang me back far than enough and nothing,s getting sorted.

Sorry but can you watch your grammar a bit, it makes it difficult to read and understand what you are trying to say. Especially if you are trying to get help.
Do you still have the same issue?
(Although this is obvious and not 100% relevant under the circumstances, but why did you scratch it and then not redeem it!!)
